Research on Tap: Migration: How Movement in the World Shapes Populations and Population Health | Boston University Office of Research

Hosted by Sandro Galea, Dean, BU School of Public Health

Population migration is one of the central demographic shifts shaping the world around us, and will likely do so even more in coming years. Together with population aging and urbanization, the movement of people within countries and across international borders is rapidly coming to define the mid twenty-first century. At this Research on Tap event, faculty from multiple fields ranging from literature to medicine to engineering will discuss how migration shapes population demographics, innovation, and population health.
